Driven by an insatiable curiosity about the unexplained, Scott Leroy is a dedicated lead investigator and a natural partner in paranormal with Amanda. With a meticulous approach grounded in both historical research and cutting-edge technology, he seeks to understand the mysteries that lie beyond our conventional understanding of reality. From documented hauntings to residual energy imprints, Scott travels to the most active locations, documenting phenomena and striving to shed light on the spectral realm. Since joining Coldspotters in 2021 Scott Leroy has quickly grown to be a role model and well respected knowledge base in the paranormal with no plans on slowing down anytime soon. He is a recognized guest on many podcasts, live streams and has been featured on, and is sought after as a consultant for network television.

As the only son of Amanda, Nathan grew up in East Vancouver, a community rich with history, culture,and a huge economic divide. Nathan may be the youngest Coldspotter although he is an avid investigator with over a decade immersed in the paranormal field.

Growing up the introduction of the paranormal through reality TV, Nathan became increasingly more interested in what his Mom was doing. Tuning in to test the lessons he had learnt his entire life, question everything and assume nothing. It was at this point it became clear to him he needed to get the answers himself and started chasing the things he did not know. Nathans style of investigating is both fast and methodical and is not easily influenced by outside suggestion or popular opinion. He is hands on, always alert and depends mostly on his environment, teammates and own awareness. Confident and focused, Nathan hits the ground running when it comes to all haunts & legends, although one wins them all, the elusive Sasquatch.

Another talented tattoo artist, Tyler joined Coldspotters in 2023 and quickly became an essential part of the team. His meticulous approach to investigations and keen attention to detail make him a formidable force in uncovering the truth behind supernatural encounters.

Tyler takes no shortcuts—every lead is pursued to its end, ensuring that no stone is left unturned in his search for answers. His investigative style combines precision with persistence, allowing him to piece together even the most elusive mysteries.

His creative side seamlessly complements his dedication, making him integral to the review and analysis of evidence. Whether deciphering patterns in paranormal activity or assessing captured phenomena with a critical eye, his ability to blend logic with intuition sets him apart.
